Phase I: The Attack Phase

You are allowed to eat the following: egg white, skimmed milk, chicken, fish, fat free cheese, turkey, lean meat, low fat yogurt, and citrus fruits like oranges, lemon, and strawberries.
Phase II: The Cruise Phase
This phase is also referred to as the “protein rotation phase” because vegetables can be alternated along with foods that are high in protein. But you have to remember that the veggies need to be boiled or eaten raw. They must not be fried. This is a crucial phase in the diet plan because it will help you lose 3 pounds in a week.
The items included in the Dukan diet food list for this phase include: mushrooms, broccoli, spinach, cauliflower, French beans, Brussels sprouts, fruits, and plenty of water.
Phase III: The Consolidated Phase
The last phase will begin as soon as you’ve reached your desired weight loss objectives. This phase is also referred to as the “maintenance phase” because you will be getting an extra serving of carbohydrates once in a week. The length of time to be spent on this phase will depend on how much pounds are lost during the first 2 phases.
The foods you can eat are the following: pasta, low carb rice, whole grain bread, and cottage cheese. You can also eat watery fruits like tomatoes, apples, cantelope, and watermelon.
Phase IV: The Stabilization Phase
In this phase, extreme caution is important. If you do this incorrectly, you have reverse effects. You will be able to migrate to your lifestyle (with limitations, of course) in this plan. The moment you’ve achieved your weight loss objective, you will need to be careful of your calorie intake. Eating junk foods and other unhealthy stuff is strictly prohibited.
